Prepare, update and check Building Service systems layout (UG systems, Louvres, CCTV, Electrical Cabinets, HVAC systems, Fire Fighting systems) Generate and update 3D models (Steel Structure, Equipment, Piping, Ducts) Incorporate and check drawings/3D models from external and internal suppliers Ensure the exchange of all required layout data (3D model) with the project team as well as with consortium partners and suppliers of engineering services Attend internal and external meetings as necessary to review BS model Ensure maintainability, accessibility and constructability of BS systems Qualifications

Knowledge of 3D Modelling tool (preferably AVEVA E3D) and MS Office. Navisworks and AutoCAD are a plus 3+ years of experience in plant Building Services Layout regarding structural and mechanical designs, piping routing and equipment/systems arrangement 3+ years of experience in creation of layout concepts of complete plants, in technical risk assessment and solution providing Fluency in English; German or French are a plus Autonomous, solution-driven, and persuasive personality Additional Information
