**Entity and activity description

Present in Italy since 1909, Air Liquide is the market leader in industrial gases and related services and technologies.

- _ Large Industries_: provides techical gases and related products in an enlarged offer with high added value for large industrial customers by means of specific delivery systems (pipelines)

**Missions and Responsibilities

She/he is based in Italy.

The general mission is to ensure safety, reliability and decreasing total cost of ownership of customer installation.

**ACTIVITIES**:

- Writing of technical instructions for the SWE cluster.

Technical instructions will consist of procedures, P&ID and Bill of Materials.

- Active participation in the Customer Installation Community of Practice and Experts' working groups dedicated to specific tasks (release of new GTs or international tools), arranged by WBL.

The target is to join the Bulk Installation Expert Network in a few years.

- Contribution to the industrialization of new commercial offers and related machines as Expert and Project Manager for the SWE cluster.

- In the context of the SWE Equipment Validation Committee, she/he will be a member of the Bulk On Site commission.

- Technical referent and technical Single Point of Contact for a short list of critical equipment suppliers.

- Support to the Operations team in not daily tasks, specific expertise and crisis management.

- Training of BOS Operations teams on technical aspects of their activity.

The training will include, but it will not be limited to, the SWE cluster technical instructions, Group documents and the CoP Technical webinars.

- Audit of Customer Installations.

- Technical qualification of local external suppliers.

**Competencies and Profile** Education**: Engineer or Technical High School Diploma (mandatory)

**Language**:

Italian: Native (mandatory)

English: Fluent (mandatory)

French: Good (recommended)

**Background**:

- Installation/Maintenance Specialist in IM-BOS activity

with sound and proven field Experience (5 - 10 years) (mandatory)

- Experience in technical document writing

**Other skills**:

- Drawing P&ID by CAD 2D

- Knowledge of SAP Maintenance module
