Bulk Production Operator (m/f) Bayer HealthCare Manufacturing is looking for a Bulk Production Operator to join the Production function at the Garbagnate Milanese (MI) facility.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Execution of activities as per the pharmaceutical production process (weighing raw materials, fluid bed granulation, rotary compression, and tablet coating); Execution of format change with related disassembly and reassembly of granulators and tablet presses; Cleaning of equipment via Cleaning in Place or manual methods; The resource will be part of a team but will work independently; Quality monitoring of the ongoing process by independently conducting process analyses using laboratory tools (e. g. , disaggregator, durometer, friability tester, thermobalance…); Completion of production documentation (e. g. , batch records, logbooks) related to the product and equipment, including cleaning records. WHO YOU ARE: Possession of a diploma; Previous experience in pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetic production, particularly in machine management, is preferred; Knowledge of GMPs and practical experience in their application is considered a plus; The main characteristics we seek are precision, flexibility, collaboration, proactivity, and dynamism; The selected resource must also have a strong willingness to learn, be capable of teamwork, and be familiar with computer tools, as all equipment is managed via PLC and the batch record is electronic; Availability to work in 3 shifts; Residence in Lombardy; Knowledge of English and Italian as a mother tongue. A fixed-term contract (12 months) is offered.
