**What the job of Bulk Shift Coordinator looks like at the Grünenthal plant in Italy**:

- Oversee the activities taking care of the respect of the production data parameters coordinating, guiding and controlling the staff on duty according to schedule and the received jobs;

- Ensure compliance with the safety, health and environmental protection;

- Check the correct execution of maintenance work;

- Make emergency interventions necessary and currency, within the framework of the deliveries received, the need to involve the upper;

- Coordinate the training of personnel entrusted;

- Ensure compliance with legal obligations and operational procedures regarding safety and hygiene and environmental protection within the area of expertise;

- Ensure compliance with the applicable legislation and regulations in compliance with the provisions of the control model pursuant to and by effect of Legislative Decree no.

231/01 and codes of conduct, Grunenthal / Farmindustria / EFPIA within the area of expertise.

**What will you bring**:

- 2/3 years of experience as shift coordinator or or similar functions.

- Good manufacturing practice;

- Knowledge of processes and manufacturing plants;

- Interpersonal understanding and communication;

- The ability to inspire and motivate others.
