Job Description: Business Management Strategy & Governance, Data as a Service (DaaS) Platform As a key member of the Data as a Service (DaaS) Platform's Strategy Team, manage a diverse portfolio of business management and governance activities within the Platform, driving awareness, connectivity, and alignment across processes, initiatives and priorities to meet DaaS' objectives.

The role interfaces regularly with management in the delivery of work activities.

Key Accountabilities: Help drive the strategic direction of DaaS and play a key role in the development, implementation, and ongoing evolution of the Platform-level strategy.

Plan, lead/manage and/or oversee a diverse set of work activities requiring alignment across multiple areas.

Review end-to-end processes and controls and connect the dots across issues and control deficiencies across various teams.

Strengthen the Platform's strategic storytelling capabilities to drive increased awareness and understanding of the DaaS mandate and offerings.

Provide strategic support for one of the Platform's Product Families as part of overall portfolio.

Establish effective relationships across multiple business and technology partners.

Provide direction to complex, wide-ranging enterprise or cross-function/business projects as a Subject Matter Expert.

Act as lead for area of specialization with industry, enterprise, and business awareness.

Proactively monitor to ensure programs/policies/practices are well managed and comply with internal/external requirements.

Keep abreast of emerging issues, trends, and evolving opportunities in data, analytics and AI.

Act as a brand ambassador for DaaS and the Bank.

Collaborate and foster synergies with key partners to enable the success of its strategy and deliveries.

Key Assets & Experience: Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate leadership within a specialized business management function.

Intermediate knowledge of data at TD and key organizational practices.

Strong presentation and storytelling experience.

Strong organizational skills.

Baseline knowledge of TD's Next Evolution of Work (NEW) / TD Scaled Agile methodologies.

Willingness and strength in providing guidance and influencing multiple teams.

Ability to thrive in environments with ambiguity and constant change.

Undergraduate degree or technical certificate.

7+ years relevant experience.
