**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2, 300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22, 000 square km.
The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.
**Position**:
We are looking for a **Bus Operation Coordinator.
The Bus Operation Coordinator will be working within the Bus Operations team, focusing on stakeholder and spectator bus services in the cluster of Cortina.
He or she will be part of the Transport team, responsible for reliable, sustainable and efficient transport services for all Olympic stakeholders and spectators attending the event.
Activities include:
- Determining the service levels of bus services, in coordination with other Functional Areas within the organisation, other functional units within the Transport Department and dealing with Host Territories and Local Authorities;
- Working with the Cortina bus cluster colleagues in planning and designing bus services in and around the cluster;
- Coordinating with local bus operators at the planning phase;
- Verify the progress of infrastructural interventions in the cluster and securing the availability of bus routes, bus depots, bus parking and bus stopping facilities within the cluster;
- Coordinating bus services for stakeholders, spectators, Ceremonies and/or special events including the management of the bus depots in the Cortina cluster during the operational phase.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in the field of Transportation;
- Experience in planning related to big Sport Events or other kind of International Events is preferred;
- Knowledge of the territory of the Olympic Cluster of Cortina and/or based in the vicinity of Cortina is preferred;
- Flexibility and comfort with traveling to the Cluster of Cortina as required;
- Ability to adapt to a changing and complex environment;
- Interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with other Functional Areas within the Organization and with External Clients and Public authorities;
- English: level C1 or equivalent certification and knowledge of Italian language is preferred;
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
