MISSION

The mission of the Business & Performance Management Responsible can be achieved by bringing clarity to complex composite financial and operational data to create actionable improvement plans that drive business performance, mitigate risk and support business critical investment decision s.

As an HQ level, the main task is to define clear guidelines to the Regional counterparts and monitor their implementation.

**The key actions to reach this target are to**:

Guarantee a consistent approach and identify new business development opportunities among the dealerships network;

Monitoring and driving network profitability (Business Management), also optimizing the sales commercial policies;

Steering sales network performance (Performance Management).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Business Management leadership and governance, including Profit Roadmap design and profit actions deployment and best practice sharing;

Verify administrative processes and costs allocation for the management accounting;

P&L statement for Business Unit and variance analysis vs budget and benchmark;

Data collection, validation and benchmarking, including Reports update of economic, financial and business KPIs;

Dealer Performance Management tool maintenance and escalation process for sales bottom performing dealers;

Dealer Intelligence administrator and workflow management (code creation/disposal) triggering all other depts.

(Sales, AS, IT, Finance);

Implement and deploy new processes and procedures to maximize the effectiveness of the operations at Regional, Market and Dealers level;

Commercial policy guidelines and payout monitoring;

Market Portfolio Strategy development including actions assessment.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

Automotive business and market knowledge (importers, dealers, sales organization, retailer sales and aftersales process);

Degree in Economics, Business Management or Engineering;

Ideally at least 5 years of experience in Automotive/OEMs Commercial roles with an international background;

Geo-marketing/Performance & BM tool knowledge;

Proficiency with MS Office suite (Advanced Excel, including Macro/Pivot and Power Point) and/or Google suite;

Fluency in English (at least C1 level), knowledge of other languages as a plus;

Excellent communication and presentation skills, adaptability to changing priorities, sharp eye for details, deliver on deadline.
