Job Summary
Reporting to the Business Intelligence Lead, the Business & Sales Analyst provides business administrative support to the country Sales team (National Sales Manager, Regional Sales Managers, Key Account Managers) with versatility of task and regular contact with internal and external customers.
In particular:
Supports the management of buying groups and chains regarding sales analysis, agreement preparation, customers' requests and private label process.
Interacts with all the functions involved in the process such asarea managers, logistics, labelling, administration, finance and customer service.
Project and contract management.
Support with SOX audits.
Essential Functions & Accountabilities
Creation of sales reports to be sent to Buying groups and Chains monthly, regular and ad-hoc.
Support to the sales network with reporting for tracking of canvass and promotional objectives and ongoing support for ad-hoc requests.
Customer agreement implementation.
Contract Management and coordination of Key Account Contracts in cooperation with the European Team.
Management of customer issue collecting needs.
Price list control.
Customer service relationship to send information and request by the customers.
Specific Sales analysis / reports.
Scope
Reports to the BI Lead.
Regular interaction with internal stakeholders (sales organisation, marketing, finance, customer service, and with the area of contract management on a regional level).
**Qualifications**:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a keen ability to multitask a variety of challenges and responsibilities.
Excellent IT skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
A keen attention to detail with an aptitude for presentation.
Ability to work in a confidential manner.
Strong in building relationships and able to communicate at all levels.
Can work effectively under pressure.
Professional and positive approach.
Hands-on, self-motivated.
Team player and able to work on own initiative.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Office environment, with occasional light-lifted required.
Prolonged sitting in front of a computer.
**Experience**:
5 years' experience in providing admin support to sales teams including remote employees.
Experience of working in an office and team based, fast moving environment.
**Education**:
University Studies in Commercial, Marketing or Business.
