**About the Job**:
Concretely, you will:
- Handle the entire sales cycle **without prospecting** for new customers
- Receive leads, engage and qualify prospects
- Analyse customer requirements, business processes, and operational pain points
- Provide customers with a tailor made demonstration of the software
- Create customised offers and negotiate contract terms
- Manage the closing of the account and after-sales period
This is a sales position for people who are excited to work where business and modern software meet.
To be successful, you will have solid problem-solving skills combined with a "get it done" spirit.

**Your Profile**:
- 0-3 years of work experience

Fluent in Italian (C1/C2) and English
- ** Excellent communication skills
- Strong business acumen and curiosity
- Genuine interest in software products
- You are able to create trust and enthusiasm through your positive, energetic, and creative attitude
**Nice to have**:
- Results-oriented and open-minded personality
- Previous experience in Sales or Consultancy, preferably in the B2B area
- Knowledge of ERP and SaaS software
- Work hard/play hard mentality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Relevant work experience
