We are looking for a person who will join Moleskine as a Business Analyst & Network Planner InternThe position is based in Milan. Scope of the roleThe new addition to the Operations Team will report to the Supply Chain & Distribution Manager, supporting him in the preparation of weekly and monthly operational reports while taking over the network planning of one of the company regions in the transition to a new planning and distribution system (from Excel to ToolsGroup Service Optimizer 99+). Main activities:Weekly Ordered Shipped Reports to monitor Backorder, Fill Rate and Service Level across different Regions, Distribution Channels and Product Life CyclesMonthly Inventory Reporting to map and track, among the others:Global and Regional Inventory Trend at Product Life Cycle levelInnovation performanceDestocking stock management and evolution and inventory obsolescence trackingProactive support to institutional reporting preparationInventory Planning at regional level (1st Level DC fulfilment, 2nd and 3rd level distribution)Distribution reporting activation in support to the execution of a network and service improvement planRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or business related discipline (e. g.
