Business Analyst & Sales Support (Temporary)
Position Summary
Role and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Business Controlling & Sales Team in the implementation of commercial investment and monitoring vs Budget and Actual Progress
- Elaborate analyses on sales performances of commercial investments (Turnover and Sales Deduction), budget reviews and monthly rolling forecast, as well as actual data for business decision
- Maintain of internal databases concerning all Sales & Budget KPI's to support Business Review preparation and Top Management reporting
- Supporting the team in the forecasting monthly process and pre-closing monthly process
Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Educational Background: Master / Bachelor with a focus in Economics
- Professional Background: 1 year experience in controlling or business analysis roles
- Skills in planning and reporting
- Learning agility and organizing skills
- Computer Knowledge: excellent knowledge with Excel
- Language Knowledge: Good written and spoken English
- Other: Relational and proactive skills, analytical mind-set and precision, goals oriented, willing to learn and work in a very competitive and demanding environment. High flexibility and multitasking, ability in dealing within a challenge environment and working underpressure. Familiarity with numbers, business acumen and strong communication skills.
