As Business Analyst Intern, you will have the opportunity to get a 360° overview by managing an end-to-end process.

You will become accountable and manage autonomously your daily workload in a highly dynamic and agile work environment.

Specifically, you will support the Head of Innovation in the following activities:Main tasks:Analyze business processes, systems and data, to identify opportunities and propose solutions for process improvement and optimization Support all business departments in analysis and monitoring defining target KPIs Support new processes design, monitor management reporting tasks execution Helping identify process improvement opportunities to build streamlined and scalable solutions Creating PowerPoint presentations for weekly/monthly meetings Conducting tools training sessions and providing post-go-live support Requirements:Master's Degree in Economics, Engineering or related field;Proficiency Excel level Knowledge of Italian and English language.

German is a plus Scheduling and organization;Systematic analysis and review, Communication skills.
