What you'll be doing. . .

You will provide retail and performance related insight, data and analytics for our designer outlet centres in Italy.

Working across all functions this role will liaise closely with the finance, retail and marketing teams to deliver accurate, live reporting and commentary.

You will support the Centre Managers and regional team via deep insight to enable them to influence/develop strategy and provide regular and trusted reporting to key stakeholders.

This role also consists of:

- Identifying and interpreting financial retail data to assist the Management Team in monitoring the performance of Brand Partners, ensuring that business KPIs are met

- Liaising with all relevant departments across the business and across all region's Centres to channel and collect all relevant business data/information appropriately, for best possible analysis outcome

- Maintaining commercial awareness and act as a conduit for the flow of relevant information

**To be successful you'll bring. . .

- You have good experience in either management consulting or a strategic analytical role within the retail and real estate industries

- You have knowledge of, and experience in a retail environment and/or property environment is desirable

- You have a high analytical and financial ability

- You have experience with exposure to senior management

- Fluent English plus Italian required

- You possess highly developed communication skills

- You have knowledge of research techniques

- You have an interest in data design and info graphics (make information simple to read and easy to understand)
