Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team.

As a Business Analyst , you will be part of the IT department supporting various business units.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Marietta, OH Pay Range: $70, 000 - $80, 000 What's the Job?

Develop and maintain software applications to meet customer information requirements.

Analyze operations and design computer programs to fulfill client needs.

Provide technical support and assistance to business and operational users.

Collaborate with business leaders to identify methods for performance improvement.

Conduct training sessions and create user documentation for new or updated applications.

What's Needed?

A minimum of 3 years of related experience in a similar role.

Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Working knowledge of relational database languages, including Oracle SQL and Microsoft SQL Server.

Experience with web development tools such as PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
