Our client is an American multinational, market leader in the ophthalmic sector.

We are looking for the Headquarter based in Vimodrone (MI) a BUSINESS ANALYST Type of contract : permanent contract, RAL 35/40. 000€ plus MBO.

Place of work : Vimodrone (MI) Position Description: The candidate, acting as a reliable business partner, supports overall BU Pharma (NSM, Channels Manager, Marketing Department and regional sales managers).

He supports regional managers during all field force administration phases (Field force design and resource allocation, territory design, sales target/call plan setting, performance evaluation and monitoring etc. . . ) providing insightful and value-added analysis, reliable KPIs and precise numbers.

He/she also is responsible for: incentive scheme design, implementation and related payout calculation in cooperation with BU lead; maintain corporate CRM tool (Sales Force); manage implementation of new processes in CRM as well as other improvements aimed to increase Sales Force efficiency and effectiveness also in cooperation with Head Quarter dedicated team; provide ongoing support to Field Force on all CRM aspects and recommends ways to develop methodology to optimize resource allocation; perform analysis of markets, countries, companies, products, and competitors; support Sales Force management in analysing, reviewing, and improving sales force's geography.

Qualifications/Experience: Degree in economics and other scientific disciplines; 3 years of experience in SFE in multinational companies in the sector; excellent analytical skills good organisational and planning skills excellent knowledge of Office package (PPT, Excel); excellent knowledge of the English language; willingness to work in a team.
