VASS BeNeLux, in partnership with the European Investment Bank, is currently seeking an Expert Business Analyst to work from the European Investment Bank.

The role: Project Scope: Define system features, gaps, business needs, workflows, and data models. Data Migration: Create field-to-field mapping from JADE to ASApp. Testing: Plan, execute, track bugs, validate reports, and coordinate with stakeholders. Training & Documentation: Prepare materials and train users. Note: Report development will start after core development. You have: Experience in agile and waterfall methodologies, with enterprise-scale projects. Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills. Minimum 3 years in business requirements gathering, functional/technical analysis, and software testing. Hands-on approach to complex problem-solving, with the ability to work under pressure. Strong service orientation, responsibility, and initiative. Experience with data warehouses and Business Objects reporting (nice to have). Excellent written and presentation skills in English. Effective user training and interpersonal communication in multicultural environments. Ability to work independently and within structured teams.
