Business Analyst

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Embedded within the Technology organization, but representing the cross-functional Platform teams, the Product Development Process and Methods (P&M) Team is responsible to drive a consistent framework and set of tools to effectively manage all programs and strengthen accountability for tactical program execution.
The Business Analyst team provides direct support and guidance to the Engineering, Validation and other cross-functional teams.
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for providing day to day assistance to the PD Community to ensure that all validation activities are tracked and managed in the appropriate tool (CTS).
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide Business Analyst support to execute Product Analysis & Validation methodology within AG & CE.
- Support PLPV/A&V Specialists with Program, IVP creation and test plan management within CTS, ensuring Test Plans and Program Team forms are created correctly.
- Maintain Vehicle Inventory in CTS with accurate vehicle status, financial responsibility and disposition planning information.
- Support PD team with CTS assistance and training to ensure all validation activities, including PIRs are updated within the tool as appropriate.
- Manage Standard Test creation, release and revision - with the intention to be able to identify and measure coherence between the physical and virtual test. - As a CTS Power User advocate for and provide support to the CTS User Community.
- Participate in CTS Power User Meetings to ensure information is shared between the business and ICT.
- Deliver training to CTS User Community to support deployment of CTS Enhancements. - Establish, deliver and support process and methods improvements for the PD community.
- Work closely with the P&M team to help identify and deliver process and method improvement activities.
- Provide analysis and reporting to drive efficiency improvements for the PD Community.
- Support the GPD and PMO office in delivering training to the PD Community. YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or Finance, or equivalent experience
- Min 3 years in experience in product development or business support roles
- English Language
- Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to manage conversations and present across organization level
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft suite programs (including PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
- Preferred:
- Detailed understanding of the CTS tool
- Previous experience delivering training to large groups
- Understanding of lean product development methods
