_Purpose_**:

- Experience in business advisory projects (1-2 years);- Acquired skills and possess strong synthesis, analysis and problem solving abilities;

- Business process analysis, mapping, development and re-engineering;

- Executive presentations and reports for CxO levels in Italy and Spain;

- Benchmark, Market & Gap Analysis (intermediate use of Excel)

- Business Intelligence (PowerBI is considered a plus)

- Definition of drivers for measuring business performance (KPI monitoring);

**_ Responsibilities_**:

- Monitoring and reporting of the follow-up of activities, the definition of corporate strategies and for approvals of initiatives and investments by the relevant internal committees;- Planning and control, research, analysis, and quality control as instrumental for strategic decisions;

- Structure, develop and communicate insights-driven analyses (BI) and proactively develop recommendations for improving business performance;

- Support for PMO projects governance framework (guidelines, timeline, milestones, deliverables) through the identification, customization and maintenance of internal methodology and tools for project development;

**_Skills and Requirements_**:

- Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, Power Point and Word). - Microsoft Project

- PowerBI (or others) will be considered a plus.

**_ Our Selection Process_**:

- Project Management (PMO)- Knowledge of regulatory and legal framework, applicable law and local technical

standards related to renewables' projects' execution. - Capability to analyze, interpret an extend quantity of information relative to

renewables' projects' permitting and execution phase that need to be transferred in the activities' definition and implemented in the relevant Project's schedule.
