Technology, Data and Innovation (TDI) is responsible for Managing/implementing the bank's Applications following the group strategy by introducing an agile delivery model, reducing administrative overheads, de-coupling assets within our IT estate for faster, cheaper deployment, as well as modernizing the bank's IT infrastructure with long-term investments and benefiting from cloud computing.

Goal is to developing Application and digital solutions in a substantially more comprehensive manner across the bank.

**Your Role

The Business Functional Analyst is responsible for the business solution design as a whole in complex project environments (e. g.

transformational programmes).

The Principle Business Functional Expert has the role of a thought leader and decision maker regarding all questions of methodological approach across their own analysis domain and how this aligns with other key stakeholder groups (such as Project Management & Software Engineering).

**Key Responsibilities

As part of our global team you will work on various components as a Business Functional Analyst.

Your role includes specification, development, as well as the testing and rollout of new features.

You are expected to contribute to the vision, understand our product roadmap, integrate business value with experience and contribute to building an engineering culture within the team.

You must have a proficient understanding of Banking / Payments / Partner Data.

A good understanding of regulatory and mandatory regulation represent a plus in the range of required competencies.

The Business Functional Analyst is responsible for capturing and documenting the full range of requirements, translating these requirements into system specific functional specifications to enable solution development, analysing the impact of changes and supporting the business throughout the implementation process.

They are also responsible for the production of business-facing documentation such as user manuals and solution briefs.

**Your Skills and Qualifications

- 3-5+ years of overall hands-on experience Banking activities and processes.

- Experience working in agile organization (preferred).

- Experience working in a large-scale enterprise environment.

- Proficient in Agile organization and understanding/knowledge of JIRA/Confluence (preferred).

- Fluent in English (written and spoken).

- Knowledge of banking product in te required Area.

- Knowledge of banking processes in the required Area - selling processes, BO processes, Auth.

Processes, downstreaming (finance, Accounting, CRM, TAX, KYC) processes.

- Team working.
