RED Global is delighted to be working with an internal client looking for a skilled Business Analyst. Key Responsibilities and Skills: Ability to elicit requirements from different sources (documentation, regulations, customer interviews) and to represent them in a complete and detailed manner (requirement collection phase). Responsible for drawing workflows using BPMN notation with tools such as CAMUNDA (Process design phase). Creating detailed functional specifications, in line with user requirements, in Use Case or User Story notation depending on the projects. Ability to create WireFrames of the pages of an application (functional analysis phase) and to draw logical E/R models. In-depth knowledge of SQL (data analysis phase) with the ability to design test cases (test design phase). Experience in application development projects at Micro Services as well as in Agile projects using the SCRUM framework. Preferable knowledge of UML diagrams (Use Case Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Activity Diagram, State Diagram, Class Diagram, etc. ) as well as JAVA to elicit requirements directly from existing code. Ability to make estimates in FP with IFPUG methodology. Good knowledge of DevOps principles and techniques. Based ONLY in Italy. Available to join ASAP.
