The Role Intesa (a Kyndryl Group company), as part of its growth path and positioning as an accelerator of digital transformation projects, is looking for a Business Analyst to join the team. The role: The Business Analyst is the professional who plays a crucial role in facilitating communication and alignment between IT and business needs. His task is to conduct analysis on existing business processes or new requirements, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement. Through the collection and analysis of requirements, the Business Analyst translates stakeholder needs into clear and understandable specifications to guide the development of optimal technical solutions. Main activities: Listening to and understanding customer needs and requirements; Assessing the feasibility of requirements and mitigating possible risks; Participating in the study of new product functionalities; Analysing processes to identify where and how to intervene; Drafting in written form the analysis describing the process, its logic and individual functionalities; Providing support to the technical analyst in drafting the detailed analysis, interfacing with the team of developers and Technical Solution Architect, quality control and documentation; Ensuring that the final project presented is functional, efficient and meets the requirements; Providing support for feasibility studies, functional analysis, requirements gathering and translation into detailed functional documentation; Interfacing with Technical Solution Architect for translation of feasibility study into functional/technical analysis. Requirements: Diploma or degree in management engineering, computer science or similar; Excellent knowledge of English (B2); At least 3 years' experience in a similar role. Soft Skills to complete the profile: Communication and negotiation skills to manage critical operational situations; Organisation and planning; Quality orientation and the ability to identify possible new business needs of end customers; Capacity for governance of entire processes.
