Overview As a Business Analyst , you will guide the changes to improve processes, products, services, and software through data analysis. You will provide technical support to the Clients and the Logistics, Marketing, Customer Care and Administrative internal departments. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users plays a crucial role. This is a key role supporting our customers (internal and external) by providing timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems, and as such it is critical for the future growth of In Post. What you'll do: Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed requirements. Process Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes and identify areas for improvement. Propose and design new processes or changes to existing ones to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with IT and development teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements. You will be in charge of the UAT after IT implementation, designing the transition to the new applications. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation within the organization. Contribute to the development of business analysis standards and methodologies. What you need to succeed: +2 years of experience as Technical/Functional Analyst role Project Management skills Proficient verbal and written communication proven capabilities, both in English and Italian Ability to effectively communicate with all business areas, building and maintaining strong relationships across different cultures and teams located across Europe Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e. g. , Excel, SQL, Tableau). Experience with process modeling and design tools (e. g. , Visio, Lucidchart).
