**Required Skills**:

- Bilingue nella lingua Italiana (la lingua di lavoro principale a Excellence Consulting è l'Italiano)

- Full proficiency in spoken and written English with strong communication skills (all courses are in English, as well as the language spoken at Q. Institute)

- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and VBA

- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills with great attention to detail

- Demonstrable ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with people at all levels within an organisation.

- Demonstrable ability to perform in a high-pressure situation.

- An interest for Financial Services is a nice to have
