Business Analyst

Angelini Wines & Estates, a dynamic company of Angelini Industries, operates in the wine sector and consists of 6 wineries with a total area of 1, 700 hectares, of which 460 are cultivated as vineyards, producing around 4 million bottles a year.
Wine production mainly takes place in estate vineyards.
The company has always closely focused on sustainable production, as proven by the organic and Equalitas certification obtained for Tenuta Trerose in Montepulciano, Tuscany. Angelini Wines & Estates produces 3 different denominations of origin in the Tuscan wineries: Brunello di Montalcino in Val di Suga, Vino Nobile di Montepulciano in Tenuta Trerose, and Chianti Classico in San Leonino.
In the Marche region, Fazi Battaglia winery, a historical brand of Italian wine, is renowned for the production of Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico.
Cantina Puiatti in Romans d'Isonzo (in the province of Gorizia) is dedicated to the production of the great white wines of Friuli, whereas Bertani is known for the production of Amarone della Valpolicella Classico and Valpantena. Angelini Wines & Estates is looking for a Business Analyst within the Finance & Administrations department reporting directly to the F&A Director. Key Responsibilities:Define and monitor key business metrics to devise improvement plans. Manage and develop BI projects by coordinating with internal Business and Operations functions. Develop and consolidate a directional dashboarding system, contributing to the identification of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) useful for monitoring business performance by verifying that results are in line with forecasts. Collaborate with stakeholders in all business units (e. g. , sales, logistics) to develop analysis and documentation in a collaborative manner, communicating effectively and efficiently with cross-functional teams. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can guide business decisions. Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business objectives as well as process simplification and digitization. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering/Computer Science or related degree and a propensity for IT. Knowledge of basic concepts of ERP systems; Knowledge of flows in logistics/production/commercial areas. Knowledge of data warehouse and BI tools. Three to four years' experience in the same role gained within manufacturing companies or at consulting firms. Experience in the field of business management.
