Our company is currently looking for an Area Lead for the Controlling part of our Financial Performance Management Business Unit for our location in Milna who enjoys teamwork and on-going challenging projects.

**Job Requirements**:

- Master's degree in one of the following faculties: Management Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Industrial Production Engineering or Economics

- 4+ years of work experience as Business Analyst in Controlling area

- Understanding of SAP business processes

- Strong interest in Business Processes and Technology

- Excellent management and communication skills, autonomy and result orientation

- Excellent familiarity with the Office package

- Fluent in English due to the international and multinational context, Italian language is a plus

- Willingness to travel also abroad

- Availability and predisposition to work in a team, with respect for deadlines

- Team management and working independently

- Entrepreneurial spirit and proactivity within the company

- Willingness to travel

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Organization, planning and management of projects, in line with Company methodologies and objectives, ensuring the achievement of results on time, on quality, on budget

- Coordination and support of the team in project delivery and in the definition of offering alongside the internal management

- Project management activities

- Collecting and analysing business requirements to define and implement operating models

- Designing models, processes, and solutions

- Drafting of functional and technical analysis of end-to-end processes

- Internal tests and support/training to final users

- Supporting the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions or other technological platforms from model and process design to implementation

- Supporting new projects' sales process (preparing sales campaigns on innovative themes, preparing partnership proposals, RFP, etc. )

through the identification of areas with greater digitisation potential

- Working on digital transformation and business process re-engineering projects
