Business Analyst Assistant

**Job responsibilities**:
As part of the Guerlain Italy Team, the intern will actively support Guerlain's Business Analyst in the management of the following activities:
- Collecting, analyzing, evaluating and reporting data to increase general sales productivity and control
- Tracking and analysis of sales figures: sell-in, sell-out (by axe/retailer), managing daily, weekly and monthly reports
- NPD analysis about Market / Competition / Top Cities
- Analysis on benchmark and sell-out potential for new products' launches
- Follow-up analysis on new launches performance vs target
- Analysis on door productivity, profitability and on KPIs
- Managing business intelligence topics, reports and analysis for all departments (marketing, sales, merchandising, retail, training)
- Ad hoc analysisSupport sales team presentations during Canvass**Profile**:
- Master's degree in Economics/Business/Management Engineering
- Excellent analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Proactivity, problem solving, precision, attention to detail
- Dynamic and flexible person with good time management skills and teamwork approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (especially Excel, Power Point)
- Knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools is considered a plusExcellent level of English and Italian**_GUERLAIN _
