Missions: As part of the Guerlain Italy Team, the intern will actively support Guerlain's Business Analyst in the management of the following activities:

Collecting, analyzing, evaluating, and reporting data to increase general sales productivity and controlTracking and analysis of sales figures: sell-in, sell-out (by axe/retailer), managing daily, weekly, and monthly reportsNPD analysis about Market / Competition / Top CitiesAnalysis on benchmark and sell-out potential for new products' launchesFollow-up analysis on new launches performance vs targetAnalysis on door productivity, profitability, and on KPIsManaging business intelligence topics, reports, and analysis for all departments (marketing, sales, merchandising, retail, training)Ad hoc analysisSupport sales team presentations during CanvassProfile: Master's degree in Economics/Business/Management EngineeringExcellent analytical skills and data-driven mindsetProactivity, problem-solving, precision, attention to detailDynamic and flexible person with good time management skills and teamwork approachProficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (especially Excel, PowerPoint)Knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools is considered a plusExcellent level of English and Italian
