Business Analyst (m/f/d) What you are responsible for Conduct in-depth strategic analysis related to business performance, working closely with the Sales team Support the Chief Operating Officer and Licensing Directors and their Sales team with business analysis Draft quarterly Forecast templates as well as Budget Sheets and templates together with Finance and/or the Sales team Update quarterly sales results with Sales team and coordinate the information flow with Finance Assist the Licensing Directors with ad hoc analyses to support decision making and to provide actionable insights Prepare and update the Strategy Map to check quarterly progress Be the link between the Sales team and Finance team for providing constant insights on sales performance and assist on reforecasting and budgeting Coordinate the drafting and punctual sharing of reports to the Head Quarter such as weekly and monthly reports and Quarterly presentations Provide support on periodical requests such as the Global Deals list and Agents report Take care of other ad hoc requests and presentations Collect market and business data to be shared internally or to support presentations/analyses What you bring with you Two to five years of experience in business analytics within a Licensing Corporation A Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Economics or Finance Excellent statistics and probability skills as well as Excellent communication skills in English Independent, structured and precise way of working Enthusiasm for working in an international team and business environment Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications What we offer Be part of an experienced, friendly team working for a successful, fun and world-renowned brand!
