We're looking for a Business analyst Client Talent Engagement Randstad Globalyour typical day includesThe business analyst is the personification of data-driven development.
The business analyst analyses business processes, business cases, user data and feedback data with the goal of improving the product continuously.
With that data, it is guaranteed that the product team and development teams work on the correct features, in a correct way.
The business analyst functions as a liaison between the Product business people and the development team, to ask all the right questions to exactly define the definition of done for each feature before development is started.
To this end, they understand both sides of the coin, so they can translate business requirements into coding requirements. This team is focused on harmonizing communication and improving quality and relevancy of our engagement to talents and clients by using data.
This team builds durable global communication flows that adds business value to either the talent or the client lifecycle.
The technology we use is Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud.
your key tasks and responsibilitiesanalyzing the business needs, processes and data to define new solutionsfacilitating in an agile and scrum way of working, helping in implementation, eg.
