Arthur D. Little Italy is seeking **Business Analysts and Consultants (Categorie protette) **with these specified qualifications:

- MSc studies (Engineering/Economics preferred) and a strong academic achievement - degree should be awarded from a leading school

- Previous consulting experience (e. g. , internship) in prestigious firms or line experience in top companies within their industry is highly valued

- Excellent level of English and Italian is essential - other languages are also desirable

- Demonstrated ability to lead teams to solve problems under pressure in a demanding environment

- Exceptional problem-solving skills, broad industry knowledge and sharp business acumen

- Proactive, self-motivated, highly analytical and independent thinker

- Energetic, decisive and who respond well under pressure

- High achiever with demonstrated creative and entrepreneurial spirit

- Ability to adapt and integrate quickly with new cultures and organizations

- Strong interpersonal/communication skills with clients, employees, professional staff and the community

- Willing to travel

- Management of challenging situations and resolution of client issues through the development of valuable and implementable recommendations

- Execution of quantitative and qualitative analyses, assembly and in-depth analysis from both primary and secondary sources

- Articulate and concise communication with global management leaders and preparation of effective summaries

- Planning, execution and completion of final deliverables independently

- Coach junior team members and support the office operations leading or participating on internal projects
