**Your day-to-day responsibilities include**:

- You will work close about the management of changes (CR) both in the initial phase of the proposal, then drafting of Dia, time estimation, possible interaction with other teams in the case of CR cross, and in the post-approval phase, then drafting of functional analysis, indications on system test, operational notes to support the release in the production environment. - You create the technical solution and determines the software impacts in collaboration with the Information Analysts/Engineers from other teams, if it is a change cross with other teams.

**Signs of success**:

- You manage functional analysis writing phase: support to create test book / test cases accordingly to specific documentation, and track activity using internal tool.

- You lead Defect Management: track all defect discovered during the execution phase and support the internal defect management process.

You report all activities using standard template in order to give to stakeholders all information needed to take suitable decisions.

**Skills we can't do without**:

- You have an overall working experience of minimum 3 years.

- You have proof knowledge of debit and credit cards domain

- Cobol, CICS, DB2 and JCL programming environment, Jira platform, IBM Mainframe Z/OS platform

- You have previous experience in functional analysis activities in IT domain projects

- You possess Proactive attitude, able to align with all stakeholders and recipients of the deliverables and focused on delivering the agreed deliverables in time and quality;

**Skills we'd like**:

- You have a Bachelor degree in Information Science or Information Technology Engineering;
