OverviewWe are seeking Business Analysts for our Milan and Rome office.

In this role, you will work on well-defined sub-tasks of the assignment with the close support and guidance of your case manager.

ResponsibilitiesThe Business Analyst's role includes: Gathering facts and analyzing data from various sourcesExtracting key messages from your research in a clear and concise wayAssisting the team in building presentations and reportsExecution of quantitative and qualitative analyses, assembly and in-depth analysis from both primary and secondary sourcesProviding input in client meetings regarding own workInteract with customers during workshops and interviewNext to that, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the office by taking on a role in the internal office organization.

QualificationsYou are the ideal candidate if you possess these specified qualifications: MSc studies (Engineering/Economics preferred) and a strong academic achievement – degree should be awarded from a leading schoolPrevious consulting experience (e. g. , internship) in prestigious firms or line experience in top companies within their industry is highly valuedExcellent level of English and Italianis essential – other languages are also desirable. . . and the following characteristics: Proactive, self-motivated, highly analytical and independent thinkerEnergetic, decisive and who respond well under pressureHigh achiever with demonstrated creative and entrepreneurial spiritAbility to adapt and integrate quickly with new cultures and organizationsStrong interpersonal/communication skills with clients, employees, professional staff and the communityWilling to travelPlease provide a cover letter with your CV (including your BSc and MSc results).
