Business Analyst (m/f/d) What you are responsible for Conduct in-depth strategic analysis related to business performance, working closely with the Sales teamSupport the Chief Operating Officer and Licensing Directors and their Sales team with business analysisDraft quarterly Forecast templates as well as Budget Sheets and templates together with Finance and/or the Sales teamUpdate quarterly sales results with Sales team and coordinate the information flow with FinanceAssist the Licensing Directors with ad hoc analyses to support decision making and to provide actionable insightsPrepare and update the Strategy Map to check quarterly progressBe the link between the Sales team and Finance team for providing constant insights on sales performance and assist on reforecasting and budgetingCoordinate the drafting and punctual sharing of reports to the Head Quarter such as weekly and monthly reports and Quarterly presentationsProvide support on periodical requests such as the Global Deals list and Agents reportTake care of other ad hoc requests and presentationsCollect market and business data to be shared internally or to support presentations/analysesWhat you bring with you Two to five years of experience in business analytics within a Licensing CorporationA Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Economics or FinanceExcellent statistics and probability skills as well asExcellent communication skills in EnglishIndependent, structured and precise way of workingEnthusiasm for working in an international team and business environmentStrong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applicationsWhat we offer Be part of an experienced, friendly team working for a successful, fun and world-renowned brand!Work in an energising and international business environmentSimple reporting lines reporting into the Senior Licensing DirectorSmart working arrangementsDiscretionary bonus paymentsParticipation in team eventsWe value diversity at Sanrio.
