Job Description Within the Group Marketing Office function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team. Key Responsibilities: Consolidating, monitoring and analyzing Customer and Distributor KPIs (actual and planning) Implementing and monitoring new strategic KPIs and defining related targets Facilitating the design of local marketing strategic plan Managing the Power BI project in cooperation with each department within Group Marketing Optimizing allocation of marketing investments, meaning consolidation and analysis of local marketing investments (actual and planning) to identify gaps/lacks Requirements: Master's Degree or MBA in Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering or any related field At least 6 months work experience Fluent English (any additional language will be considered a plus) Soft Skills: Time management Problem solving "Can do" attitude Company Profile: Generali Group Head Office is the guidelining unit of the Generali Group, one of the largest global insurance and asset management providers.
