**Responsibilities**:

**The goal is to implement our software at our clients' companies and deliver tailor-made training to our clients

**What does this mean?

**Project Implementation (80%)

- Gain the trust of your clients

- Analyse the clients' needs and suggest solutions

- Implement the agreed solutions (configuration & development) at the client's company

- Train your customers and help them become an Odoo Champions

- Follow the projects and communicate about its status and the ongoing tasks

- Organise and follow up Odoo implementations

- Help & coach our partners to implement their customers' projects and to become Odoo Experts

**Internal improvement (20%)

- Feedback to the Product Owners

- Coaching & Training

- Feedback for department improvement

**MUST HAVE**:

- **Fluent in Italian (C2) and English**:

- ** 1 to 5 years of experience**:

- Learn fast & Multitasking

- Good communication & negotiation skills

- Autonomous, Assertive & Proactive

- Affinity with the IT world

- Valid work permit in Italy

**NICE TO HAVE**:

- Experienced in management software implementation

- Being certified by a recognized organism (APICS, CFA, ect.

)

- Technical knowledge (XML, Python, JS)

- Experience in Accounting, Finance, HR, Supply chain, Manufacturing, e-commerce, Marketing
