What does this mean? Variety: Work on different clients' projects at the same time; no time to get bored as each project is different (industry, scope, etc. ) High Responsibility: Get quickly involved in your first projects from the very beginning with support from experienced colleagues. Autonomy: Progressively increase your level of autonomy while collaborating with colleagues. Growth: Learn a lot Project Implementation (80%) Gain the trust of your clients. Analyze the client's needs and suggest solutions. Implement the agreed solutions (configuration & development) at the client's company. Train your customers and help them become Odoo Champions. Follow the project and communicate about its status and ongoing tasks. Organize and follow up Odoo implementations. Help & coach our partners to implement their customers' projects and become Odoo Experts. Internal Improvement (20%) Provide feedback to the Product Owners. Coaching & Training. Feedback for department improvement. MUST HAVE Fluent in Italian (C1 / C2) and English. 0 to 5 years of experience. Ability to learn fast & multitask. Good communication / negotiation skills. Autonomous, assertive & proactive. Affinity with the IT world. Valid work permit in Italy. NICE TO HAVE Experience in management software implementation. Certification from a recognized organization (APICS, CFA, etc. ). Technical knowledge (XML, Python, JS). Experience in Accounting, Finance, HR, Supply chain, Manufacturing, e-commerce, Marketing.
