Responsibilities:Analyse existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
Conduct the analysis of functional requirements for the development of new IT solutions and the improvement of existing ones, assessing their feasibility and risks.
Draft and update documentation related to processes and applications.
Work with clients, developers, analysts, and Project Managers to ensure the realization and delivery of IT solutions.
Act as a liaison between business units and the IT department to facilitate effective communication.
Minimum Requirements:At least 2-5 years of experience on complex IT projects.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Technical background with preferable experience in programming languages and technologies such as Java, C#, or similar.
Ability to work with tools for business process management and technical documentation.
Good knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Full English proficiency (written and spoken).
Experience in requirements gathering and writing functional documentation.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Work by objectives with quarterly monitoring.
