Role Description: We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in insurance, preferably in brokerage insurance.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights.
As part of the consulting team, our Business Analyst will:
Analyze and document business requirements for insurance projectsCollaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needsDevelop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and use casesConduct data analysis to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvementWork closely with IT and development teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutionsProvide ongoing support and training to users on new systems and processes. Skills and Experience To qualify for the role you must have:
Higher education in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry, with a preference for brokerage insurance experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in business analysis tools and softwareAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhy join Capco?
