The opportunity**:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused **Business Analyst Intern** to join our Corporate Sales team in Milan for 6 months.

As owner of the very initial sales process, as a Business Analyst Intern, you will support the Corporate Sales Team by contributing to the building of the sales pipeline and helping the business growth.

**Your responsibilities**:

- You create ad-hoc analysis based on specific business needs to support strategic decision-making;

- You run weekly and monthly analysis on specific business areas;

- You help to achieve team goals and increase sales;

- You support the team with the identification of new business opportunities;

- You contribute to create a department clients database;

- You support the team in analyzing the department business KPIs;

**What you need to succeed**:

- You have a Master degree in Economic and/or Business field;

- You have analytical skills;

- You have the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and concepts;

- You do not see problems, you see solutions;

- You love challenges and you take ownership;

- You are fluent in English comprehension and Italian is your mother tongue;

- You are proactive, structured, and organized;

- You are eager to join a young and dynamic startup where you can learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities every day;
