We are on the lookout for a Business Analyst IT HR for our Naples office, our primary service delivery hub.

Key Responsibilities: HR Process Analysis: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand and analyze their processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

Data Analysis: Gather and analyze HR data to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR systems.

Requirements Gathering: Work closely with HR teams to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements for HR projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

System Implementation: Assist in the implementation of HR software solutions, with a focus on SuccessFactors or related platforms.

Configure and customize systems to meet HR needs.

Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans, perform system testing, and collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure the successful deployment of HR technology solutions.

User Training and Support: Provide training and support to HR users on new system features and functionalities.

Address user inquiries and issues promptly.

Change Management: Support change management efforts related to HR technology implementations, ensuring a smooth transition for HR staff and end-users.

Qualifications: Experience in highly complex companies and/or experience in the cruise world is an asset.

Experience with the SuccessFactors platform and/or Learning and Development platforms is an asset.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on HR processes.

Ideally, experience with SuccessFactors or similar HR software platforms.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
