During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. Your curiosity and eagerness to learn as we support over 1, 000 clients from all sectors worldwide. Your missions Analyze consumer data and feedback to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for system enhancements and process improvements. Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to consumer engagement. Assist in the design and implementation of new processes and systems to improve consumer service. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback from stakeholders. Ensure that business requirements are documented and communicated effectively to technical teams. Your profile Experience in business analysis , preferably in a consumer-focused environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies. Academic background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Fluent in English. French is a plus.
