What you'll be doing. . .

The role of the Business Analyst is to support the business with quantitative and qualitative business analysis including corresponding conclusions for and recommendations to the management team, to accelerate regional performance.

You will use quantitative data to review and compare financial results and key business metrics across all departments.

The role will also be responsible for the preparation of reports, board papers and presentations as required.

You will develop and coordinate projects at regional and cross-centre level, following the inputs of the Managing Director/ Regional Director and eventually jointly aligned with other regions' Business Analysts and Group Strategy team.

**To be successful you'll bring. . .

- Good experience in either management consulting or a strategic analytical role within the retail and real estate industries

- Knowledge of, and experience in a retail environment and/or property environment is desirable

- High analytical and financial ability required

- Ability to work independently or within a team

- Ability to conduct meetings with internal and external colleagues at all levels

- Exposure to senior management

- Fluent English plus Italian is essential

- Highly developed communication skills

- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

- Knowledge of research techniques

- Interest in data design and info graphics (make information simple to read and easy to understand)

- IT skills: Advanced level Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook
