Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for various projects and initiatives. Conduct comprehensive analysis of current processes and systems to identify areas for improvement. Perform process mapping, gap analysis, and recommend data-driven improvements. Analyze data using tools such as SQL, Python, or R, and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making. Create clear and detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and proposed solutions. Develop user stories, business process workflows, and maintain centralized documentation repositories. Facilitate workshops, conduct feasibility studies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and implement effective solutions. Assist project managers in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables to ensure timely project execution. Research emerging technologies and best practices to propose innovative solutions for process optimization. ? What do we request? A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering impactful solutions. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to interpret large datasets to support decision-making. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for identifying trends and optimization opportunities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with project management methodologies and the ability to contribute to defining and achieving project objectives. Ideally, certifications in business analysis (e. g. , CBAP, PMI-PBA) or related areas are a plus. Availability to join the project within one month or less is preferred. What do we offer?
