Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Business Analyst Level/Senior Location: Bologna, IT BUSINESS ANALYST LEVEL/SENIOR CRIF Group is looking for Level/Senior Business Analysts to be involved in the International Markets Business Information department.

Responsibilities Manage the functional analysis and definition of the Software Requirements Specifications document and other project related documents; Supervise and manage the test planning, definition of test cases and related documentation, management and execution of user acceptance testing; Supervise and perform the preparation, contribution and documentation of the analysis activities (gap analysis / preliminary analysis / detailed analysis / impact analysis); Leading training sessions for end users.

Tracking and reporting on project milestones ensuring deadlines are met; Understand, innovate and collect the business needs working as a liaison among business stakeholders, IT people, third-party vendors and clients in order to analyze, document and validate the business processes Manage the envisioning process of new products and services whenever the business requirements are not fully clear or placed in a complex scenario; Participation to the pre-sales activities, presentation of the solutions/products to stake-holders; Requirements Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics or Engineering; Negotiation, communication and team working skills (projects' team peers are spread over the world); Business Process Redesign and Workflow Design capabilities; Experience in Web application projects, with focus on user experience, effective presentation of data and information; Experience in processes and solutions in scenarios and applications of data transfer and data presentation; Proven experience in projects focused on analysis and delivery of IT solutions to customers; Fluency in English (needed in order to deal with colleagues and stake-holders from different countries) Strong technical aptitude, solid knowledge of web and digital technologies (SQL, XML, JSON, API, Web-Services, data structures, UX, UI); Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; Team working and team management skills; #J-18808-Ljbffr
