As a Business Analyst (M/F/d) you will support accelerated business development for IAM Sales through project management, detailed data analysis and process improvements.

You will help the sales team to maximize their efficient usage of sales tools, processes and technologies and generates and analyzes data and reports to provide visibility on relevant sales activities.

Tasks

- Support project leadership team

- Provide weekly and monthly reporting to regional leadership team

- Lead weekly team meetings and drive progress across different functions

- Lead engagement with external marketing agencies

- Manage cross functional collaboration with different internal stakeholders

- Responsibility for monthly Opportunity Management and quote activity reporting, regular analysis of sales data and explanation of deviations to top management to proactively influence quote decisions

- Developing a new and robust data sharing platform for the monthly market monitor (sell-out) reporting to regional management

- Responsibility for SoW process, implement 'close-the-loop' report-out process and action tracking, final presentation to regional leadership to drive prioritization of organizational development and marketing activities

- Support production planning decision and monthly S&OP process by providing regular update to regional Leader and Finance about weekly volume, open orders and variances

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, with focus on Data Analysis

- Solid years of experience in Data Analysis, ideally in a sales organization

- Advanced work experience in business analyses and process improvements in international environment

- Ability to understand sales processes and pro-actively correct or resolve issues or problems, developing and further improve existing systems, processes and policies

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle high levels of complexity

- Proven competency in project management, moderation and presentation skills

- Ability to build strong working relationship on various levels and stakeholders in an international environment

- Proficient communication skills, in Italian and also in English

- Exceptional proficiency in working with Microsoft Excel, PowerQuery and PowerPivot

- Advanced English knowledge
