For our offices in Milan and Rome we are looking for Business Analyst, new graduates with a previous internship experience

Requirements_

People will immediately join our team, working on international consulting projects.

Responsibilities_

- Data collection and analysis, preparation of documents for clients, mapping of business activities and processes, support of senior team members in defining strategies for improvement, business process re-engineering, e-procurement, change management

- Managing the relationship with the team and with the customer in a context of partnership and trust

Qualifications_

- Degree in engineering, economics or similar

- MBA or master's degree in business

- Problem solving attitude, business process knowledge, business strategy, strong analytical skills, excellent stress management, strong oral and written communication skills

- Perfect knowledge of the office package (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.

)

- Perfect knowledge of English is strongly required, in addition to a fun and positive personality
