We're looking for a motivated and driven **JUNIOR BUSINESS ANALYST MANAGER (M/F/d)** who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

**Your Tasks - Paint the world green**:

- Be responsible for quantitative and qualitative analysis on Flixbus lines profitability of the overall Italian domestic and international network

- Identify short term and medium term levers to improve profitability of the Italian network, by also providing useful insights to set and adjust the Italian market strategy

- Lead the competition analysis activities, including network, financial and commercial deep dives on a regular basis

- Collaborate with our Network Planning team in order to deliver the best possible travel solutions to our customers

- Support our Pricing team with country insights in order to improve revenues management and execute the right strategy at the right time

- Collaborate with the Business Development team on partners' negotiations and network decisions

- Support the Finance teams with certified data regarding lines main KPIs

- Work closely with our Global Business Operation team based in Munich, in developing processes and tools that will boost collaboration and transparency between teams at an international level

- Play a pivotal role within the Italian team when it comes to data, analysis and insights valuable to take strategic business decisions

**Your Profile - Ready to hop on board**:

- At least 2 / 3 years experience in a similar analytic role, international companies, scale-up or management consulting would be a plus

- A natural attitude for facts, figures, numbers, assumptions, forecast and data in general

- Strong ability in data presentations, capable to deliver complex messages in an easy and understandable manner

- Great knowledge of MS Office Excel and PowerPoint

- Knowledge of ThinkCell and Power BI would be a plus

- A natural team player eager to support colleagues and other teams in their challenges

- Experience in cross-functional projects and matrix organizations would be a plus

- Italian speaker and fluent in English, any other European language is a plus
