In order to successfully deliver its ambition, YOOX is recruiting a talented and extremely motivated Business Analyst that will primarily support the marketplace business development team in achieving targets, providing reports and insight to ensure data driven negotiations, monitoring progresses versus assortment ambition and performance.

The Business Analyst will also support in the entire onboarding process to ensure a timely go live and ensuring all data is correctly stored on the platform ahead of the go live.

Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:

- Participate to business development in the draft of business cases for sellers, as well as presentation decks to guide negotiations in terms of commercial conditions and assortment- Perform periodical analysis to monitor assortment mix and assortment evolution- Support Business Development team in defining goals based on targets and past performance, and monitor progresses versus set goals- Help during the onboarding of sellers, collecting data and following up with sellers when needed and in case of missing data (KYC, Company info, etc)- Be responsible of the daily reporting activities by preparing, analyzing, and summarizing weekly, monthly, and periodic business results, creating reports and suggesting action to continuously improve the performance. - Support in providing analysis and reporting for dedicated scheduled meetings with YOOX and YNAP top-management (weekly/monthly business reviews);

The type of person we are looking for:

- Bachelor's degree- Prior work experience in e-commerce or in top consulting companies with willingness to join an entrepreneur project within YOOX- Understanding of eCommerce/Marketplace model- Knowledge of Mirakl platform will be considered a strong plus- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills- Organization and planning skills- Prior experience with numbers and managing budgets- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Strong ownership and go-getter attitude- Verbal and written fluency both in English and Italian
