The proposal is completed by a collection of apparel and accessories of the leading sportswear brand and by two private clothing labels.

**Posizione**:

We are looking for a **Business Analyst** to be insert in our office of AW LAB Business Analysis and who will be able to take part in the definition of the main business activities, such as budgets, forecasts and other commercial actions.

The role is going to have the possibility to interact and work together with the majority of internal departments.

Main activities and responsibilities:

- Support/define internal targets (Budgets, Forecasts, etc. )

related to Sales, Markdown and other KPIS

- Interpret and analyze constantly the performances of the daily business (including Sales, Margin, and KPIS related results)

- Perform different kind of analyses in collaboration with the majority of the departments (Planning, Sales, Product, CRM, etc. )

and assure the most efficient communication of the outcomes

- Perform both descriptive analyses and simulations/forecasts of the problems

- Use existing reports and dashboards and participate on their improvements/implementations

- Collaborate with other AW LAB departments on specific projects

- Use of company's programs in support of the business activities

**Requisiti**:

What we expect:

- Degree in Statistics/Economics or similar

- Experience of 2/3 years

- English level: intermediate

- Good or excellent use of Excel

- Excellent use of Big Data

- Analytical and data-driven approach

- Flexibility and proactivity

- Precision

- Team working

Nice to have:

- Use of BI Reporting Tools (Power BI, Qlik, etc.

)

- Use of DAX

- Knowledge of Power Pivot
