**Role and Responsibilities**:
The Business Analyst role will have the opportunity to develop both **functional competencies** in areas such as supply chain and finance, as well as **technical competencies** in configuring and implementing best-of-breed solutions like SAP, IBM, Dassault, and Adobe Commerce.
The Business Analyst will be assigned to a dedicated business unit focused on a specific process. This unit collaborates on **exciting projects and serves prestigious clients from around the globe. ** Among the responsibilities are analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and offering valuable insights and recommendations.
Working on digital transformation and business process re-engineering projects, you will be involved in the following **main activities**:
- **Process analysis**: Collecting and analyzing business requirements to define and implement operating models.
- **Process redesign**: Conducting functional analysis and system customization to support project implementation and development. Reviewing system functionalities based on current configuration and/or technical specifications.
- **Process automation**: Utilizing disruptive technologies such as drones, interconnected solutions, dashboards, big data, and cloud to automate processes and standardize procedures.
- **Business process optimization**: Assisting in the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions or other technological platforms, ranging from model and process design to implementation.
- **Creating presentations** to effectively communicate with business references OR stakeholders.
- **Conducting training sessions** for key users and providing post go-live support.
**Qualifications**:
**Technical and functional skills**:
- Master's degree in one of the following fields: Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Strong interest in business processes and technology.
- Knowledge of SAP MM module.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana is an asset.
- Basic Knowledge of additional modules (FI, SD) will be considered a plus.
- Knowledge of basic ABAP coding will be considered a plus.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Good knowledge of English and Italian.
